Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you need to return an item, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Here's what you need to know:
  • Items must be returned in completely new condition with all original tags attached. If the item appears worn, used, or has had the tags removed, we will be unable to process your return for a refund.
  • We offer money-back returns which will be processed within 30 business days of receiving your returned item.

 

How to Return an Item:

  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  • Include the completed return form (provided with your RMA) and a copy of your receipt.
  • Ship the package to the address provided on the return form. Please note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

 

Additional Information:

We are unable to accept returns on items that are marked as "final sale".
Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
